When you’re trying to decide which qualification is best for you, understanding how qualifications are ranked can be extremely helpful, however, it’s easy to get lost in complicated jargon and terminology. Don’t worry! We’re here to help.
Firstly, meet theAustralian Qualifications Framework or the AQF. The AQF is the national policy for regulated qualifications in Australia. AQF levels are a sign of the comparative complexity and depth of qualification, and the ability required to complete it.
Basically, the AQF can tell you what level of skills and knowledge a course will give you. The mostcommon qualification levels delivered at TAFE Queenslandrange from a Level 1 to a Level 7.
